Seeing as our goal is to begin at the end of February, and many of the spots have not yet been taken, will they be made NPCs? If the numbers will stay 5 Queen's Riders and 4 Rebel Riders plus their leader, that is. Also, if we will keep this number consistent with what is planned, it would be more important for the Queen's Riders to have a "fill" character, since they would work closely together at times, right? Though I don't think it would matter as much how many Riders there would be for the Rebellion?

Dragons live a long while. At least a few centuries. 18 is a great amount of time for a dragon. Especially when you are comparing that to all of the other dragons that we have.
We have a week before I am wanting to start. I may drop out cast a little and put the leader of the Rebellion as an NPC.
If anyone has any specific arcs for their characters, please PM me so that we can attempt to make that happen.
