@XxXTheSwordsmanXxX do you want to post for Valkir before I post for Kaia? I haven't started on my post yet but I was wondering if you had any ideas you wanted to put out there before Valkir and Kaia are ordered to go searching for the "unknown Rider".

Also, it seems that Aeglaeca and Kaia have very similar roles in the assassin sense, even though the method is different. So when the Queen gives an assignment, how would she decide which person to give it to? I'm a little worried that they might be a little too similar if you think about that, but I guess each woman can have a different time to do the job. Like maybe Kaia is more of the spy type (I added disguises as one of her skills) and does subtle killings (like at dinner parties or the casual 'at the tavern' type?), while Aeglaeca does ones that are meant to send a violent, threatening warning to people?
Also, would Aeglaeca look down on Kaia because Kaia has only been a Rider for 1 and a half years while Aeglaeca has been one for 7 years? After all, if the Queen had taken her in when she was 16 (just like how she took in Kaia when she was 12) they would have known each other for the past years. And in general, how do you think Aeglaeca would treat Kaia?

About Aeglaeca and Kaia: to your first question, I'd say that Aeglaeca would take the more direct roles that don't require sabotage or disguises or anything along those lines and instead would deal with the more hit-and-run type things or, as you mentioned, the ones meant to scare people. That way they are both assassins but take very different roles within that category.
Second, no, she wouldn't be all condescending. Aeglaeca doesn't generally have much of an opinion of others and, if anything, simply analyzes their abilities. If Kaia and Aeglaeca do miraculously engage in a conversation (Aeglaeca doesn't tend to talk to people unless it's about a job or something, and Kaia is the quiet sort), Aeglaeca will treat her just like she would any other person: she'd be direct, short, and sarcastic. Nothing more, nothing less.
On a different note, maybe they are actually more than allies and friends? I mean, they're both more the lone wolf type, but they are similar enough where it could work. What do you think?

I think Kaia would be open to being an ally. And after all, Valkir wouldn't be anybody's ally. XD Yes, I think it would work. They have their specializations, and they can be somewhat-buddies.
By the way, how do you pronounce Aeglaeca? And who do you think would get to the throne room first for the assignment to search for the unknown Rider?
