Seeing as this SB is starting in five days (Yay!), I figure I'll outline the plot quickly. In the first few posts, everyone ends up joining the two major forces, the Royal Defense Guard or The Order of the Royal Magicians. Then, the group's team up and head off to face the Wyverns. They all meet some challenges, overcome said challenges, and defeat the Wyvern Prince, bringing him back to Vyheria. The end.
It makes a bit more sense, I think! Since Dark is supposedly rare, there should be a reeeeally limited number of 'em in the cast, yeah? But the rest could be abundant.
I'm thinking Laurel would be best suited in the Magician faction given that her motifs are less geared for rigorous knighthood. Or maybe I'll subvert some tropes and have a Dancing Ocean Knight.

Mine will inherit Earth. As for when in the story that happens, that is going to be a surprise. I'm just going to play her as a magicless character until I feel like I have gotten in the swing of playing her, and want to shake things up a bit.
That will end up being after she's joined the nonmagical Defense Guard, so I don't know whats going to come of that.
Oh yeah, how do all our characters end up joining those groups? I would like to know more about this.
