I'll most likely be a delegate or a citizen. I'll tell you once I decide. Also, I went ahead and made the character template easier to copy.
I'm excited for this storybook (and your first one too)!
You are like a blacksmith's hammer, you always forge people's happiness until the coal heating up the forge turns to ash. Then you just refuel it and start over. -Persistence (2015)
You have so much potential and love bursting in you. -Omnom
I like this~ And only partly so because I've been to a place called Ingelstad, and in my mind the two names sound similar enough to create an amusing mix of a mental image for me.
I'd like to maybe hop on, but I'm wondering about the level of involvement you're looking for. Uni's quite busy right now, so I couldn't post super often and I wouldn't want to hold everyone back.

The detective will have to be quite involved, and the murderer, but I think others could easily come and go. For instance you could be a bystander who drops by now and again, or isn't involved in anything but is curious/wants to help, or even a low ranking police officer who's needed sometimes but doesn't have big responsibility.
There's no way I'm passing this up. Sign me up for a citizen, please!
Out of curiosity, what slot will you be taking, Megrim?
John 14:27: Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Cool! Put me down as a citizen too then. I'll see once I write up the profile and recheck my schedule if I'll be able to be more active, but most likely I'm gonna do a sort of neutral person and not sign up for the murderer lotto.
I'm thinking an eccentric and slightly insane toymaker/undertaker's assistant/watch repairer (shhh it makes sense) who might or might not be an illegitimate child of the killed delegate. Does that work?

Okay, I've decided to be a conceited delegate who hates being left out of the drama and loves to start fights. I'll have the character template done by Monday.

She has an older brother, who I guess can be played as a character or be someone's friend/fiancé/informant/whatever. No need, though, he's also perfectly fine being an NPC who might end up moving oversees or something xD

When we are children we seldom think of the future. This innocence leaves us free to enjoy ourselves as few adults can. The day we fret about the future is the day we leave our childhood behind. — Patrick Rothfuss, The Name of the Wind
