Posted! I kept it short because I wanted to give you each time to wake up your characters and let them have a good conversation before everyone gets off the train. First impressions are key and because they can't remember their names please try to make sure everyone has a nickname that they can be called until they remember so that the story is easy to read.
Also the posting order doesn't really matter just before you do please say so here so there is no confusion.
Another thing that I forgot to mention earlier, do you guys want romance? I am fine with it and if you do want it please make sure that you and the other writer agrees on the romance and how it is written.

Why do we capital-N Nerds love Mars so much? Because it's beautiful, it's tough, it's buried in our mythic, childhood memories. It's covered with human triumphs but also with sad stories of failure.
I am okay with romance but in that aspect, Ivonne is really set on finding out who her fiance is/was (she doesn't even know if it's any of our charries, and it would have to be a guy around her age) so we'll have to see.
"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:7
We don't need to have romance but I want to see who is open to what. Nothing will happen at this stage since they are all confused and not really a team.

It has come to my attention that a posting order will help things keep moving. I don't want you to feel pressure to post or anything. Let me know if there is a problem.
The order will disappear after everyone has posted once after that just comment here to let us know you are planning a post. If for some reason the posting order doesn't make sense or if it would be better a different way please post something here to rearrange it.
Have fun writing and please collaborate!

I am good. School is a bit crazy. Fantasy says her post will be up soon so no need to worry about that.

Hey everybody! It has been a while since we have done anything. Perhaps while Fantasy works on her post we could discuss other important plot points or how our characters will get along with each other. IDK I just want to work on this a little more as we have kind of let it slip to the side. Let me know your thoughts.

Maybe they could slowly see as the train heads into the city, automatically stopping at the station. There, high-tech police board the train, noting the unscheduled arrival. Under suspicion of terrorist activity, they search the train. And in the caboose they find a FRIGGING LASER CYBERBEAST or bombs, or something. Our heroes are forced to escape, and are labeled terrorists for their trouble. Welcome to a bad time.
The hardest part of writing science fiction is knowing actual science. The same applies for me and realistic fiction.
I like that idea that could help them use their powers faster. Also they are the only ones on a train on a bridge. The train is similar to a normal subway train but is obviously a bit more fancy and has computer screens to track the progress of the train. Let me know your other ideas!

It's a pity the dictionary has only one definition of beauty. In my world, there are 7.9 billion types of it- all different and still beautiful. — anne27
