I thought I'd just introduce myself on this thread since I would like to join 2.0. I have read the whole SB and I have very much enjoyed everything. I'm excited I love all that has been written!!!
Why do we capital-N Nerds love Mars so much? Because it's beautiful, it's tough, it's buried in our mythic, childhood memories. It's covered with human triumphs but also with sad stories of failure.

Also, about this whole blow up the DT party, I have another thing going on at that same time, and won't be back until around 9 or 10:00. would it be possible to move the time? I really don't want to miss this.
