Okay! So Shinji, Mouse, Diva, and Elsa are leading the charge to evacuate the Detention Center. I think what we need in order to get parties formed is a tangible enemy or force against the mutants.
I'm going to try to write a Shinji post in the next few days. But in case anyone wants to jump ahead, let's name the Director of Cataclysm Affairs (DOCA) Director Burke. It should become clear that the military control is only going to get tighter on the mutants, so we may need to find a safe haven.
I personally don't know anything about England, so if anyone has any ideas~

Don't worry about making places up or just googling a random spot on the map! This is a parallel world afterall so while it's set in Reading, it doesn't have to look one hundred percent the same as the current Reading.
The kind of place which might be good to hide here though is on the river boats or in the abbey ruins. It's been closed off for the last year or so because some debris occasionally falls so it's too 'dangerous' to enter. But it's actually not dangerous at all and people jump the fence occasionally to get a look. There's not a lot in the way of shelter but it would make a good day time hiding place.
