Locations Sanctuary: Capital City of the Region Bellacre: Small-ish farming town between Sanctuary and Porthaven. Porthaven: Largest port in the region.
Groups The Expedition: Thomas, Sunita, Raimi, Ed, Erron, Ghostie, Petra The Caravan: Andy, Aleria
Both groups are currently in Sanctuary.
A caravan will leave Sanctuary and the Expedition will accompany them under the guise of being caravan guards. This allows them to leave the city without much hooplah from the city itself. Mortin is making a concerted effort to keep the problems of Bellacre and Porthaven a secret from Sanctuary. Only the caravan leader knows of this arrangement, and he has been handsomely compensated.
The members of the Caravan are currently about half a day in front of the Expedition in the timeline - keep that in mind when writing posts.
Next series of events: - Mortin will address the Expedition (and introduce Ghostie). - Expedition meet up with the Caravan and head out on the road. - At this point all members of the story are in the same place at the same time.

Make small talk between your characters! Do some co-writing! This is a great opportunity to pair off - or even three or more - and hold a conversation between your characters.
If you're comfortable writing for the King, go right ahead and bring him in. This is more of a casual audience than an official one, so he'd likely allow the conversations to go on for some time before he addresses everyone.

For the record, I'm GMT+1 and often up late rather than early xP
Also, in case someone doesn't know, Ghostie is my character. She doesn't recall her name, so feel free to call her anything you like. She's under N/A on the character list for now, but I'll change her to Ghotie as soon as I'm no on phone and in a hurry, so no one gets confused.
