Well, if we were to look at the Romans and their predecessors the Greeks, Minoans and Estruscans, then the girls aren't supposed to be receiving education at all, and the boys would receive education until their fathers sent them to either be an apprentice or a soldier, thus the boys would leave the education system between the ages of 8-18, depending on their fathers' preferences.
On the topic of marriage, the early marriages (when girls married at 12-14) only started happening in the Medieval time period, and before that women were more free with their marriage ages, but all before they were twenty-five, of course. Thus that depends on what we decide to do.
