I sat there naked
Under a tree
With my mind so sacred,
how my thoughts felt to me.

An Aggregate of cells
This worthless body
God hath not
a life like me.

So, can I say
He hath no say
In the vague things
Like the inevitable destiny?

Or shall I say
He hath no soul?
That he is the devil
- The mischief of progeny?

Forsaken have I
These thoughts of mine
For I fear too
the obscurity of his presence.

Faith

Oh lord I do not believe
Will you convince and guide me?
Your presence was never my sight
Will your grace let this be?

Long have I waited
And longer will I wait.
My patience was never my strength
But will you come and grant this to me?

Faith has let me down
A thousand times I could count.
But numbers have no meaning
A lesson I have been taught.

Look down at me
With wonder waiting eyes.
Acknowledge my existence and,
Maybe in peace I could lie.

Grey clouds
Roaring thunder
Too loud
for the land down under.

Spoiler! :
Myth! You've got some interesting poems so far. Your latest one is pretty short, but I like the imagery of it. The second one's last lines,
Acknowledge my existence and,
Maybe in peace I could lie.

were especially nice. Beautiful! I'm looking forward to more poetry!

Hehe I'm glad to hear you like 'em. Yeah the third one was just something that came to me when I thought I wanted to write something.

I'm in solitude
because that's just where I am.
Everyone is but,
They just have people to join them.

I wish I was like everybody else
But where's the fun in that?
That's what everyone else thinks
But I wish I could just sit them down and tell them,

Struggle isn't fun,
Don't confuse it.

Lost am I,
Show me the way.
Be sure to make it bright.

Look me in the eye and tell me I'm wrong,
You just wanted me for fun,
And I wanted you for the touch.
