Tera sat there, staring at the clock on the wall. She had been listening to Dr. Allard preach nonstop since...well, an hour ago. All the woman knew how to do was preach, and never about what the class was supposed to concern. No, instead of history, Dr. Allard ranted on and on about the government and what she despised about it, about how many girls disgraced themselves by having babies at the age of sixteen, about all the failure in the world, about what really caused the Great Depression - too much money going to wine bottles and loud music...

Tera had not even bothered to pull out her notebook; this was the only class she could pass without breaking a sweat, because she simply read the textbook and looked up extra information online. Not surprisingly, she had maintained an 'A'-plus the entire semester.

Come on, bell, ring... she thought, heel unconsciously tapping impatiently.

Tera was just your average teenager. She was a sophomore in high school, and among the more intellectual. She rarely got into trouble, and most of her friends were in some kind of club or sport. Looking at her, you would think there was nothing special about her, other than she seemed bored all the time.

Today would change all of that.

Wrath put his head in his hands and sighed dreadfully. The pain of hearing human thoughts really ticked him off when he had the worst hangover.
If i didn't have to do this crap...
His thoughts wondered.Where would be,exactly.
Back in a cage with the rest of Kyryn's pets.
He answered his own pathetic thoughts.Hunting domnem was his escape from it all.He was the only slave she let free, and she only did that so he could kill.....
Or pleasure her.
Shaking his head to lose the thoughts, he looked down at the picture. It was of a couple and their daughter.
Mary and James,eh?
,he grumbled out-loud.What a perfect way to hide among the humans...pick the simplest names as possible.
Well, they didn't hide long enough, because their time was expired.
Sighing,he walked up to the quaint little split-leveled house. He wondered if he should be polite and knock.
Ah,what the hell?Polite had never been his cup of tea anyway.Abruptly deciding,he swiftly brought his leg up and kicked down the burgundy-red wooden door.
Wrath wasn't sure what to expect, but it definitely wasn't what he found. The two domnem stood tall and proud, awaiting his attack.a wry smile came across Wrath's face.He beckoned to them with his hand,
Come.Get.Some

And they sure as hell did.

(Hope you enjoy) :)

***Yeah...um...why are you using the "[quote]" application? And you probably need to put another space between paragraphs and sentences; it would help me read your posts easier...***

Tera walked home, slowly and enjoying the view. The route she took was a more scenic one, traveling along the main street through the suburbs; magnolias and camelias lined the road and pathways, fully bloomed this spring. Birds were everywhere, and dogs and cats alike were out prowling and playing in the green grass of neatly trimmed yards...

She finally arrived him, but not to what she expected. The front door, so magestic, had been kicked in. The lights in the house were off, and several things lay broken in the foyer and living room.

"Mom?" Tera asked, hesitantly entering the house. "Dad?"
