Janus slithered behind the human. “Looking for something~?” He smirked as he looked down at the human. He didn’t have too much of a fear of this guy actually hurting him.

Patton screamed, then turned around. He thought this guy looked pretty normal, but he hadn't noticed that this guy didn't have legs yet-

"Wh- who are you?"

Janus chuckled.

“You naive little thing… I’m exactly what you’re looking for, aren’t you~?”

Patton finally seemed to notice that this guy had some sort of tail or something instead of legs

"Oh.. I-i guess you are..."

Janus raised a brow.

“…hm… you’re not here to kill me, are you?”

Patton tossed his rifle to the side, laughing nervously

"Pfft- what? No! Why would I do that? Thats just ridiculous!"

He wasn't a very good liar

“…”

Janus scowled.

“Liar.”

"Fine- I-I was gonna try and kill you.. but I didn't have a choice"
