Ari planted his leg on her chest with his knee against her throat and put his other foot on her left hand to keep her from moving it.
"Ya know, I really didn' wanna do this, but ya weren' leavin' us much choice," he says as he pulls her daggers from her boots and slides them to James. He earns spit in the face for his efforts, courtesy of the hunter.
"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost."
James took the daggers with a nod, sighing for a moment as he figured out where the hell he was going to put them, and deciding to just shove them in the spaces in his belt for the moment.
"I think we have some things we could use to treat her bullet wound," he spoke to Ari. "Unless you have anything on you yourself," he said, looking down at Tasha.
She struggled to get out from under Ari, shooting him an icy glare that was surprisingly potent despite her lack of an eye. "I will ki-" she starts, before Ari clamps his palm down over her mouth.
"I think what ya were goin' t' say was probably very rude 'n not somethin' becomin' of a lady like yerself 'r fer the ears of a fine girl like Amy here," Ardeshir says. "So I really think it's best if ya just don' say it at all." Once he's established a reason for muffling Tasha's protests to her, he answers James. "There's some bandages in the saddlebags, ain't there?"
"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost."
Tasha continues her muffled cussing through Ari's hand. It's indecipherable but her tone and expression speak volumes.
"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost."
James ignored her. "Having been in situations like this before, I'm not comfortable just letting her go when it's Amy's life in the balance. If it were my own self I'd say - well I'd just tie her up and run. But she'll only come back. And since it seems she has potential to be the vengeful type she'd come back with even more... motivation, or what have you, since we've subdued her this time."
Ardeshir nods in agreement. "I mean, I think you're right, but what do you want to do with her? Just...take her with us or what? It seems like it might be even more dangerous to try that."
"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost."
"There really is no favorable option," James muttered, looking down at Tasha. "Maybe we could let her voice her ideas," he said sarcastically, before looking up to Amy rushing into the room, with the bag in hand.
"IHAVETHEtHINGSTHERE'SSTUFFINTHEREWECANUSE," she said in one breath.
"MMF-MMFFFING MMFF MMFFER-" Tasha says, cut off when Ari's fist comes in contact with her skull, knocking her out cold in one, fell swoop.
"Sorry," he says, wincing a little as he does so. "But ya weren' bein' too nice 'r nothin' to us, neither." Ari stood and brushed off his shirt, glancing down at it and frowning as he realized he'd gotten blood on it.
"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost."
James opened his mouth with a breath as if to object, but only let out a sigh. The deed had already been done.
"Alright... Ari. Bind her feet together while I take care of the bullet wound. Amy, help me keep it as clean as possible. I'd rather not leave a bloody mess in the hotel room. And Ari - actually - before you do that, get... the door. Shut. Please."
Ardeshir obeyed, picking up the door and shoving it back in the frame before doing as bidden and tying Tasha's feet together and looking over at Amy. "You doing alright with all this?" he asked.
"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost."
Amy watched a little helplessly as James pulled the bag over to the knocked out Tasha, and began to pull bandages and other things out. She'd never been in a situation quite like this. When she'd run from monster hunters before, it was on her own, and before that, it was with other werewolves who... weren't around anymore. She bit her lip.
"I... I'm thankful you guys were here to help me," she said quietly.
"Well, we couldn' just leave ya, could we?" he smiles.
"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost."
