Hi there! My name is Freyja, and I want to review your stuff.

So, down to business. This may be long, but that's because I'm trying to make it so that there are no questions after class.

Green! (I'll review.)
I'm not picky. I will review almost anything; the lists below Green are going to be quite short.

Ratings: Yep, I'll look at all of 'em. As for R-rated, which seems to be a question some have, it doesn't matter to me what's in it. I'm a big girl; I can handle it. You don't even have to warn me if you don't want to. Language? Violence? Explicit content? Bring it.

Now that we've got that cleared, here are the topics I do:
Fantasy Novels/Short Stories
Sci-Fi Novels/Short Stories
Art -- Drawings, mainly. Doesn't matter what medium: pencil, coal, paint, digital...
Action/Adventure Novels/Short Stories
Romantic Novels/Short Stories
Other fiction Novels/Short Stories
Non-fiction

Yellow: I review, but there may be a catch.

Poetry (any kind): I'm not as good as a bunch of others at poetry critiques, but I will give you my input!

Photography: I am not all that great with photography. I can comment on composition, color...yeah. I would, of course, like to try my hand at critiquing these, but I'm just warning you that it's not a strong point of mine. Yet.

Historical Fiction: I like historical fiction. I really do. But I'm not really much of a history buff, so all I could really give you are pointers on grammar and comments on plot...things like that. If you were to make an error in the historical part, I probably wouldn't be able to catch it. So if that doesn't worry you, bring it on.

Note on any sort of "spiritual" work: I will read fiction that has a great religious presence. I don't have a lot of background in most of the big religions, so I couldn't really point out errors in that aspect. So if that's what you're looking for, I'm not the best choice. Otherwise, I'll read it and will comment on everything else as best I can.

Fanfiction: It depends on what subject. Let me know about it and I'll let you know whether I know the territory well enough to do it. A short list of things I know off the top of my head I do are:
Kingdom Hearts
Final Fantasy VII (including Advent Children)
Harry Potter
His Dark Materials
Any other books: just ask and I'll let you know.
The only anime I know well enough to do is Mobile Suit Gundam Wing (including Endless Waltz and Episode Zero.)

Red: Probably a no-no.

Scripts: I know next to nothing about scripts. It's also hard for me to read them; however, if you have one that you think will change my outlook, I'd be happy to try it out.

Twilight: I did not like the first book, didn't read the rest, have not seen the movies, and I stray away from anything Twilight-related. No offense.

Lyrics: I just stink at them.

How my reviews work:
I don't really have a set theme. I pick out what I think needs to be looked at and go from there. In poetry, I'll usually comment on rhyme, rhythm, feeling, grammar and punctuation. In fiction I'll go for the grammar, punctuation, and word choice first. Then, I'll comment on the broader picture--character development, pace, etc. For art/photography, I'll do composition, color, and whatever else I think I need to point out.

Just stick the name, the link, and the category in your comment. Please limit it to one or two works only; I'm actually human, believe it or not! If you would like me to cover anything specific in my review, let me know!

It's already been nit picked, so really just a content review, but if you see anything spelling wise or whatever, go right ahead. Anything I can do to improve it, and if you liked it or not. Shred it, be mean, trust me I don't get offended easily, and love truthful reviews.
