Make me wonder, do it again
Who are you to me?
They told me I knew nothing
All I knew was we met long ago
In a city made of stone close to the sea
I can remember those balconies
Miles above the water and our craziness
Forbidden in loving each other
We became renegades in the pursuit of our emotions
Slowly we lost ourselves in one another
Driven by ego the love turned into hate
We into strangers with shared memories
We parted on different ways as the Sun and the Moon
One in the darkness, one the other in deceiving light
The broken unity of our departed souls
Made us both madly powerful

The bleeding heart turned into stone keeping the last drop
All the love, the hope and kindness
It's petrified saved in there
Unreachable piece of a far distant land of lust
It is better? I am still searching for the answer
Underneath the dark sky of the night
Where not even moon doesn't shine anymore
The howling wind of the empty streets
The cold rain dropping from the clouds
There's no warm, nor light
How could we dance now like our first time,
Under the stars?

My darkest memory, my bitter pleasure
The deepest desire hidden beneath my soul
Hand in hand under the rain of the night
In the absence of light our fire brights greater
The world was against us since day one
Everyday was a test of the endurance we shall have
For the endless night which was to come
Here no one can tear us apart
We can dance, not under the stars but in the rain
Here I can see your smile brighter
You can read inside my soul instead my paperwork
Nothing can hurt us 'cause no one can see us
We are the only ones in this dark endless night
