Accepting anyone's review. Please post one or two stories or writings in each post. I will let you know when I reviewed it and please be aware that I can not review every day and might be delivering it a bit late!

Have a nice day!
~ChrisCalaid

Edit Wednesday, December 23, 2020

Welcome! I'm new here too so the first post wasn't great but I'd like to share more about what I will review and what I might not be able to give the best review.

What I will review

Poems
Short stories
Essays
Art
Any chapters or prologues
Most content, including gore, violence, and language
All genres (in most cases)

What I will NOT review

Anything offending to one kind of culture or group of people
Anything containing sex
In most cases I will review PGs but I might not be able to review PG 16 depending on the genre and etc

Expectation of the review
I will review POETRY with grammar and punctuation point outs, about the flow, and a bit about wording if it's wordy.

I will review ESSAYS with the wording or the topic and specifically if the writing gives the reasons/solutions to the problem or the topic

I will review ART with my opinion about it and requested feedback on a specific part if requested

I will review CHAPTERS AND PROLOGUE about the grammar, punctuation, and characters/dialogues.

I will review MOST GENRES unless it talks about something that is hard to understand for me or it contains offending words to the innocent, about the poverty around the world, or a very strong opinion about something.

Requesting a review

Plz, comment with a link or specific title/name, and anything you think I need to know about the piece - if there's anything specific you'd like feedback on, that too!

Thank you for reading!

Feel free to talk to me if you are bored :)
~Chris

Hi @ChrisCalaid. Could you review my literary work Tree Girl chapters 4, 5 and 6? Or just one of them. Thanks!

@ChrisCalaid hey! I didn't know you had a review requesting thread, so hi! It's hard to find people who can make high-quality reviews, and I'd be honored if you reviewed one of my pieces, Cabalistic Corporations | Chapter 1 | v2

@Yoshikrab Sure, I'd love to review your story. Do you perhaps have any specific part you want feedback on? I was just wondering about it since you talked about the high-quality review. Btw, I might not be able to review it today.

Thank you for the request.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I published a novel with the genre of mystery/suspense and am looking for reviews in its first few chapters to have insights on what to improve on. I hope you'll have a time to drop by. Thanks in advance.

It had a perfectly round door like a porthole, painted green, with a shiny yellow brass knob in the exact middle. The door opened on to a tube-shaped hall like a tunnel: a very comfortable tunnel without smoke, with panelled walls, and floors tiled and carpeted, provided with polished chairs, and lots and lots of pegs for hats and coats—the hobbit was fond of visitors. The tunnel wound on and on, going fairly but not quite straight into the side of the hill —The Hill, as all the people for many miles round called it—and many little round doors opened out of it, first on one side and then on another.
