Review days are coming back! The next one will be on June 24.

Since June 24 doesn't happen at the same time for everyone (on account of, ya know, the axial tilt and rotational velocity of the Earth and all that), we'll go by Greenwich Mean Time. The means from 12 am June 24 to 11:59 pm June 24 GMT, we'll be celebrating Review Day! As we get closer to the date, a counter will be placed on the front page (forthcoming) to help you out with times and whatnot.

As before, the following stuff happens on Review Day:
1. No new works for 24 hours
2. Review teams
3. Just a heck of a lot of reviews
4. Leaderboards

4 days after my birthday! Which means 4 days after exams. I can participate. Yes!

I think I'll aim for somewhere between 5 to 15 reviews, depending on whether or not I go out that day.

(Also. Bring it on, #June24 )

Sounds cool! We just review all day? Is it a contest?

@zohali93: Review Day is something that happens at the end of month. As till now, the site was still under renovation. But, now its all done! :) Everyone is divided into 4 groups - Blue, Red, Green and Yellow. And being part of that team, everyone reviews that crazy that day. There are points to it too. Whichever team gets the maximum number of points, wins! Its pretty interesting and an exciting event! :D

Sounds, pretty good Nate. Its a week and 2 days after my birthday. xD I'll be there. I'll put in my best to it, this time! ;)

I'm yoing to try this. Bring it on.
Writing your name can lead to writing sentences. And then the next thing you'll be doing is writing paragraphs, and then books. And then you'll be in as much trouble as I am!

Bring the literary works on! I'm ready!!!

I'm a little confused with the teams, though...anyone ready to explain how teams work?

In short, there will be up to four Review Teams on Review Day. Before review day starts, you'll have a chance to be randomly sorted into a team (and even during review day, if you wait). During the event, every review you do gives a certain number of points to your review team's Total Score (usually this is counted in points). In the past, a 2000-character review will give you the maximum points, but that's not a sure thing for every review day.

At the end of the event, the team with the highest number of points wins!

Please give each group powerful reviewers. So that its fair. I'm weak at the moment.
