The Young Writers Society experienced intermittent downtime for a couple hours on July 29, 2014. The issue was related to a connection issue at our hosting provider, DigitalOcean. You can see their updates on the issue here:

The problem should now be resolved, but if you continue to experience issues with accessing YWS, please let me know.
