Instead of going crazy, why not write a poem about it?

Although sad poems are very common among the angry, you should write powerful poems instead.

Sad and depressing poems are very overused at times, What I like to do when I'm angry is to write something other than anger.

Your emotion is the strongest force driving all poetry, if you lack it, it shows.

When you're angry though, use that time to write something great, not sadness, don't waste it on that!
When you're happier you can write something like that, contradictary right?
No!

When you are angry, you are at the height of an emotional writing spree! (My opinion)
To back this up, When you are angry, what do you do? you write of course!

also when your feeling down, this is when you use those powerful words and chilling stanzas.

Try writing something other than anger when your angry, you'll be pleasantly surprised and, you'll get an awesome poem from it! ...

What're you waiting for Mr./Mrs. Angry? Go write inpsiration, not desolation. -- I rhymed!
