Okay, this is going to be a diary thing of (hopefully) anything I write, but in particular my efforts with query letters and such. Writing = hard, but easy. Publication = :? (cannot be expressed in words)!

I've read that synopsises (synopses?) have to reveal the end, because otherwise it's just annoying to the agent. But this information was referring to the long synopses -- 2-3 pages -- that you attach to the actual query letter. Does the mini-synopsis in the query letter itself have to reveal the ending?

I've also read that the mini-synopsis should be very brief (3 sentences), but examples are often much longer.

Thanks,
Kibble

The Twelve Makeovers of Haircules is the stuff of legend. He defeated the Erymanthian Beard. One could say it was a hair raising adventure.
