I need help deciding which story plot I should pursue first. All of these will be written, but I'm stuck as far as which one to start with.

#1: Character A is an aloof gentleman thief who befriends a smuggler by the name of Character B, who has a rather healthy ego despite her profession. It is the year 4,000 and talk has begun about the ethical limits of technology. A and B are at a national conference—one that is held for the purpose of debating an argument over a philosophical idea that will prove to be pivotal if adopted by the monarchal government. However, that same government is hiding a secret that could potentially destroy society irreparably.

#2: Character A is a forensic scientist who has a tendency to be self-destructive, often destroying his experiments by pure accident or neglect. They meet a choirboy inside of a baseball stadium. Both of them are curious people by nature, so they hit it off right away and accidentally discover an ancient cult that lives underneath the stadium. But there’s something off about the choirboy. What is he hiding? And will Character A uncover the truth behind the blue-collar crime cult, or will he destroy his findings before he can do so?

#3: Character A is a cynical detective who meets Character B, a high school student who argues with people online for a job. After a bachelor part gone wrong, the two of them travel around France to understand the permanence of loss and how they could give their own lives meaning. Unfortunately, they both have the bad habit of telling lies, both big and small.

#4: A kind witch and a troubadour—who is known for having many controversial opinions—end up being in the prince’s court. During a raid of an enemy camp, Character A and B find themselves caught up in a local wedding, earning disgrace from the court and are promptly exiled. Without work, Character A and B go on a journey to find self-redemption and consequently have to fight the Demon King, a band of rats and a strange prophecy that doesn’t make any sense.
