Great way to start off: probably won't be able to write anything until the 15th of October. That's when my UCAS form needs to be in and until then this is going to be pretty inactive.

I think I will definitely be doing NaNoWriMo this year. I managed it last year and I was doing five Highers, so it just makes sense to try it again. I've made good headway on my plot. I still have some character development to go but it's getting there. So overall I'm feeling confident.
The problem is that all the planning is giving me the itch to write. I'm thinking about trying to do some shiny, slightly superficial fanfiction to keep my mind occupied but every time I start one of those, I forget to finish it. I don't even give up. I forget I'm doing it.
I have started a Doctor Who fanfic with @RavenMoonStone as the protagonist so we'll see how that goes.
