Woo! 5,000+ words! We're 25% of the way there and still going! Basically all I wrote for now is Ruby sitting back down at the front desk and then her boss coming and being like "why did you refuse that man his books???" So, yeah. Be on the look out for another post today.

So! Ruby's boss was like "hey why you take away that mans books" and Rubys like "because he had three to many" and then her boss goes on a rant about how they need the customers and Ruby's like "the library's free they're not really customers" and then her boss goes on a rant about how ungrateful Ruby is.
So then Ruby doesn't listen to her and gets fired and that's where I left off.

OK so I don't feel like writing this description today, but Ruby was walking home when she got a phone call from Dennis. Guess what? He's visiting in ten days! How inconvenient! Anyways she continues walking and some guys like "beware of the weirdo (Abby) up there" and Rubys like "thanks". And then she turns a corner and sees Abby.
That's where I left off, I'll definitely write more tonight, and update later! It's getting exciting!

So, I thought I was going to complete my goal, but I have to go to bed and I think if I stop now, I'll be able to start off at a good spot tomorrow.
So, I described how Abbys just crying and is shaking and stuff like that, and then Ruby's like "you need help?" and asks that twice with no answer. Then she compliments Abby's dress and Abby finally responds and thanks her. Then Abby asks where she is, Ruby laughs because you can literally see the Empire State Building from where they are, but Abby doesn't laugh. Not even one chuckle.
It started to rain harder and Ruby asks Abby's name and Abby won't give it to her. Then Ruby asks again and Abby's like "WHY ARE YOU SHOWING ME COMPASSION!!! ARE YOU WORKING FOR MR. FLINNBAKER???" and Ruby's like "wtf bish". Then Ruby snaps and raises her voice, and Abby tells her her name, and then Ruby just decides to be a but rude. And yeah, that's all I got.

Ok, so, today was a big jamble of stuff. Abby and Ruby were walking the last minute to Ruby's apartment. Ruby's a bit confused but otherwise calm, but Abbys just freaking tf out, like, "WHERE AM I? WHO AM I? WHAT AM I?" stuff like that. So they get to the building and they get on the elevator and Abby is very confused. Like is this magic? What is this?
And then the whole ride up she's freaking out and Ruby's just standing there, wondering why she ever offered to help. And then the door opens, Abby runs out, and Ruby's about to unlock the door to her place.
YAYAYAYAY I finally wrote! This may be all I write for today, but I'll totally write more tomorrow.
So, they entered the hallway of floor nine. And Abby's like "this is weird why is there one big hallway leading to all your rooms" and Ruby's like "lol you think I own this whole floor." When Abby says she thinks so, Ruby's like "nope I own this one room." And they enter the room, Ruby turns on the lights, and Abby's just wandering around the room like "WOAH! WOAH! WOOOAAAH! WHAT IS THAT?" and I left off with them talking about an oven.

And chapter three is done! That feels good. So, Ruby tries to explain the oven to Abby but Abby gets distracted by the Alexa. She starts playing with the buttons because it lights up the ring around the top, which amuses her for some reason.
Then Ruby asks it to turn off the lights, and Abby screams and chucks the Alexa onto the ground. Ruby went to scoop up the Alexa and turned the lights back on to see Abby crouching on the ground. Ruby asks Abby whats wrong and Abbys like "YOU WANNA KNOW WHATS WRONG?? ILL TELL YA WHATS WRONG" and then she goes on a rant blah blah blah and then she mentions a letter that appeared when she woke up on the bench.
Abby starts to cry and Ruby escorts her to the guest bedroom to get some rest. Once Abby is settled in the bedroom, Ruby snoops into Abby's bag (which smells totally awful) and pulls out the letter. And that's where I ended the chapter!
So, yea! I'm proud of what I've written so far and I'm going to go and develop the letter (which is from Martin to Abby).

Alright! So today I'm working on the letter from Martin to Abby. I'm not going to go into detail about it right now, except that he told her about he owns SanFran Inventors and was secretly working on a time machine with the company's funds. Once I'm finished with the letter, I'll type it up and post it here!
Just continuing the letter. Abby was unconscious for a week while Martin forged her documents and gave her proper vaccinations. Ruby finds these documents in Abby's bag (remember, Abby's asleep) and compares them to her real ones. They look the exact same.
Woo! So! I finished the letter and Ruby's going through the stuff Martin gave Abby. She spends a bit trying to open the briefcase, then looks through the stuff. There's jeans, a shirt, shoes, a phone and charger (stuffed in one shoe), $300 (stuffed in another shoe), a small waterbottle, and a history book. Now Abby's in the bathroom (after Ruby explained what a bathroom is) and Ruby's now debating how to teach Abby about all this stuff and how to contact Martin.
So today, instead of counting my words as I went along, I wrote as much as I could and then counted. I think it worked at getting me to write more!
Abby comes out of the bathroom and Ruby tells her that she read the letter and opened the briefcase. Abby actually isn't mad, and is rather happy, so Ruby helps her with the iPhone. After that, Abby reads a bit of the history book (up to 1903) and Ruby makes dinner.
Over dinner they talk about softball, how Ruby was fired, and college. And yeah! That's all I've got for today!
