1. Change your screen resolution. Making your screen horizontally wider and vertically thinner makes it way easier.
2. Put on some calming music. This is good. I have a pair of noise-cancelling headphones so I play in total silence, but chill music is good too.
3. Remember to BLINK! When I get to about 1000 I always notice that my eyes are getting tired. If you remember to blink normally you can stay focussed for longer.
4. Play with a mouse. Laptop trackpads are difficult.
