Thats a bear... I didn't take the picture, and I'm told that it isn't Alf's younger brother with an affinity for alcohol brewed by smurfs. (hence the blue nose... instead of a red one. cuz heavy drinkers have a thing with red noses and acne... I'm not sure why.)
