Happy New Years!

My resolutions:

1. Write more and not just when I have free time.
2. Finish a good part of my new project (I don't want to say novel, it makes me nervous). I'm a slow writer.
3. Open up to people instead of being shy.
4. Do something completely out of character.
5. Be Happy and appreciate the little things.
6. Bond with my parents more, after all they've sacrificed so much for me, I should let them know that I care.
7. Continue my 4.0 streak in college! :)
8. Hit the Gym 3 times a week!

Whew, a lot to get through!

Happy new year chaps.

For this year, I'm setting myself lofty targets.

1. Have my novel completely re-drafted, and sent to at least two agents. (Anubis literary agents + variable)

2. Tell a certain person how I feel about her before it's too late.

3. i) Achieve A* for GCSE in the following : English lang. , English lit. , Chemistry, History, Business Studies,

ii) Achieve A in the followig GCSEs : P.E. , Maths, Biology, Physics + everything other subject...

4. Have three weeks of work experiance at a hospital and two weeks at a publishers.

5. Improve my art.

I doubt I'll get many of them. But I will get target three, I'm determined to!

-earn money
-be a friend
-read the Great Books of the Western World
-yell at people more often
-use the word 'pronto' when answering the phone
-actually get a phone
-get out of the country for a while
-drink low-carbohydrate beer
-sleep less
-dance more
-go running regularly
-make music
-get my driver's license
-either finish one of three novel ideas or run one into the ground (rather than letting it die of negligence)
-be the sort of person, that by the time 2009 comes around, does not need resolutions

I think these might just be achievable.

where you gonna go with a heart that gone?
