So how many of you have seen the sweet new commercial for the video Nano? I really want to see one, well, in person. I need to go to Best Buy or something because I don't know if we have an Apple store around here. I just want to see it. And maybe touch it.

I currently have a 2nd generation Shuffle, and I like it stamp-sized, clippy attributes, but at 1 GB it holds so little of my music and it doesn't have a screen.

I love my 1st gen 4-gig Nano! *hugs it*

I wouldn't trade it for the world. Well, maybe my brother's 1st gen 30 gig Video, but I doubt that'll happen. :D

I've got the 5th gen iPod Classic, or the 1st gen iPod Video, whichever you prefer to call it!

So far it's good, although I haven't actually put any videos on it yet. And they've just released the next generation, so I suppose mine'll be obselete within a few years. I still love it though!

Ah. But an iPod touch would be sooo much better... It's got a huge screen (for an iPod) and you download music or videos directly off iTunes to the iPod using Wi-Fi! You can use the internet (Safari) and youtube on your iPod!!!

iPod.... :D :D :D :D :D :D

Look on the back; if the back is mirrorlike, it's 1st generation. It should also list the memory there too, even if it's 2nd generation, in which the colour of the iPod wraps around to the back.

My mom just got the video nano. Or, rather, I got it for her. I have the 80 gb, and love it. The new ones just don't have enough space for me. Except maybe the 120. :) No, I'll stick with mine. Perhaps until they come out with a touch 120. ;)

*checks*

Yep, it's a 1st Gen 2GB.

And every day is a struggle not to hit it with a hammer, I only use the stupid thing 'cause it hold more of my music than my other MP3 player.

I just want the song that's playing during the commerical, so I can put it on my Zune, and silently laugh to myself at the irony of it.

I want one, but I doubt that I'll get one...I don't even have a regular ipod. The commercial is awesome though - Feist is one of my favorite singers.
