Wow. Back off, Sen. Guy!! I mean, it is kinda cool to make a point, but its just idiotic at a point.

Not really, if you think about it. A lot of people sue each other just for money or for tiny reasons. Anyone can be sued for anything, it seems. The best way to make a point of it is to sue Someone famous, Someone who can't just come down for a trial (or, rather, most likely will not ), for something this absurd. In doing so, it shows the absurdity of others.

I heard about this at a Mc Donalds lol there's one down the street from me with a T.V. and CNN was on. I'm confused on the point and well....I'm just confused lol.

Not really. It actually makes quite a bit of sense when you think about it. Really, I would go into more detail, but you're 10 years old. I'm not trying to be mean, but at that age, you don't really understand the concept(s) that the senator is trying to do. And besides if making a point about frivolous lawsuits, who better to sue than God? I mean, more blood has been spilled/pain and suffering caused in the name of God than anything else.

makes me think he also has an ulterior motive, or at least he was TRYING to offend people. If his real point was about frivolous lawsuits, he should have sued Santa Clause for fraud or something. But that's just what I think.
