okay, I think I'm going crazy.

For the longest time just Write_me and I were logged in. Then I was over on TW looking at stuff and I came back, and I had to log back in. and then there were 45 new posts! And I swear some of mine are missing because I made a joke about YWS eating bandwidth in the thread about YWS taking up too much server space or ....something like that and they're GONE!

I'm really scared...

Yeah. I came back on here and found that some of my posts from a while ago were missing as well. :?

AH! And the two blog entries I posted are gone as well!

Yeah. Some posts are missing because of the transfer.

Nate wrote:YWS had to be moved to another server temporarily as it was taxing system resources. In the process of the move, some posts were lost unfortunately. But it should only apply to a 10 minute time frame.

There was a temporary switch to another server that the hosting provider made. They apparently didn't use the latest database file.

Anyhow, the switchover is explained here:

Well I know I critiqued after we had the 'are you calling us fat?" conversation, so I know they are all gone lol.

It's really depressing me. It's like when you type up a four page paper and then your computer dies and it's all gone forever...

I did too, and even more than that I loved the FOUR critiques I did....which never happens in the same hour. And I don't even think a couple of those poems are on here anymore lol.

And spew lost his poem too. And it made me smile.

Speaking of which, I remember posting part of a story on YWS. It took me bout a half hour to type it. Once I pressed submit the site logged me out. Once I logged back in my work was all gone! Now I know to do the copy and paste thing in case it ever does it again, but boy I was steamed at the time.
