Putin is a bloody idiot, worse - he doesn't have the excuse of mere idiocy for his Soviet-inspired rule. Painfully negligent on what matters.

Oy, I can't say it in the forums strong as it deserves.

How many years out of Sovietsk'i Soyuz, and this sort of thing still happens? And the Russian people elect Putin?
