I've been noticing that a lot more people are posting poems/stories than are reviewing poems/stories. Just as a tip, if you want your stuff to get reviewed then you should spend time reviewing other members' work.

Agreed. Galatea told me a rule of thumb for forums is to reply to two posts before you make one of your own. It takes a little thought but constructive critisism is well worth the effort to the person who recieves it.
That love is suffering is easy to see, for before the love becomes equally balanced on both sides there is no torment greater, since the lover is always in fear that his love may not gain its desire and that he is wasting his efforts.

Oh, that's a good rule, reply to two, before posting your own...
Oh, you're angry! Click your pen.
--Music and Lyrics

"For a short space of time I remained at the window watching the pallid lightnings that played above Mont Blanc and listening to the rushing of the Arve, which pursued its noise way beneath. The same lulling sounds acted as a lullaby to my too keen sensations; when I placed my head upon my pillow, sleep crept over me; I felt it as it came and blessed the giver of oblivion."
— Mary Shelley, Frankenstein
