The simple truth is that authors like making people squirm. If this weren't the case, all novels would be filled completely with cute bunnies having birthday parties.
This month technically ends June 30th, but it'll likely be difficult to post for the pride event on Sunday due to Review Day - you can't publish works during that part of the weekend. If you have a work you plan on publishing through the Publishing Center, try to do it before Review Day. You can also post the work directly to the thread in a spoiler, or link it from another part of site.

I have finally finished my contribution! My poor character reflects on each of the four fellow tenants he has met, since he finds himself infatuated with each of them. XD

It's technically 3:15 now, which means it's no longer June, but I doubt a technicality like that really matters when it's the spirit of things that count. Besides, when an exact time isn't specified for a YWS event, it defaults to the most appropriate time in Pago Pago, Samoa, which is at least twelve hours behind my time zone.
