What're some New Years Resolutions that you're setting for yourself here on YWS?

For me, I want to have all five red stars by the end of the year. I'm pacing it so I don't burn out, though it would be great to get them ASAP lol but yeah, I really want all red stars before 2019.

I also wanna write a few more pieces for YWS. At least one, if not more.

I also wanna be more active in the Peoples tab and get to know you all better :D

What about the rest of you?

I’d love to at least have all five gold stars by 2019, and actually start a story I can continue XD.

I also want to better my (non-existent) poetry skills so I can hopefully apply to a scholarship or two.

Getting to know all of you more after being so very inactive on here would be really nice as well. I’m always in need of a good friend :)

I posted this on my wall, but I'd like to do at least one review a month and three Storybook posts a month. I have a timeline of Storybooks I want to release this year and I want to make those successful while keeping the one's I'm running right now successful.

I also want to end up with all red stars by the end of the year! Sneaking into the Top 10 for the All-time Leaderboards is another goal of mine although we'll see. Being active again on YWS in general is my goal for this year--I hope I'm able to be!

Since I usually make monthly goals for myself regarding things like my productivity or how I interact with other people, my resolutions for this year are actually pretty simple. I just want to read more and watch more anime. Both are fun things that I wasn't able to do much of in 2017.

I think I'm doing at least 5 reviews a month and getting my first blue star, my second if possible.

I also want to finish a draft of one of my stories.

My broad goal is to be more social with people on here! This should be made a lot easier in the second half of the year when I move back to a normal timezone. I also really want to get to 1000 reviews this year. :D

Goals!

1. Write and post 5 short stories, just to get back into the swing of things.
2. Earn my first blue star and possibly my second.
3. Try to complete NaPo, and maybe complete NaNo again. In addition to that, being active during Camp NaNo and completing both of those.
4. Improve my reviewing skills by reading more.
5. Be more active in the forums, 'cause I was never really good at that.

Did you ever hear the Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the wise? I thought not. It's not a story the Jedi would tell you. It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life... He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful... the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. It's ironic he could save others from death, but not himself.
