What movies are you planning on watching this month to celebrate Halloween? They don't just have to be Halloween-based movies - they can be just your regular scary movies if you want!

Mine are:
- The Conjuring 1 & 2
- Beetlejuice
- The Cabin in the Woods✓
- Psycho✓
- Coraline
- Hocus Pocus
- Stephen King's IT
- Rocky Horror Picture Show
- Insidious
- The Exorcist✓
- The Babadook✓
- The Possession
- Halloweentown
- The Craft
- Halloween
- Poltergeist (1982✓ & recent)

And etc.! What about the rest of you? ^^

this year i have a lineup of

A Nightmare on Elm St., Jaws, Coraline, Scream 1 and 2, Beetlejuice, Corpse Bride, Edward Scissorhands(yes I know it's technically a christmas movie), Jaws, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and three films I've never seen: The Monster Squad, The Haunting (1963), and Trick 'r Treat
And the angel said unto him, “stop hitting yourself, stop hitting yourself.” But lo, he could not stop, for the angel was hitting him with his own hands.

Pretty much just The Nightmare Before Christmas abecause I'm a scaredy cat and can't handle any horror. ;-; Coraline and Halloweentown are great too <3

Not actually scary movies ~ but they're thematic ~

Casper
Scooby Doo
Hocus Pocus
Halloween Town
And then usually if the Food Network has a Halloween special like a halloween cake-off or something I love to watch that on Halloween evening. :]
I am also a big fan of the Hotel Transylvania series :']
you should know i am a time traveler &
there is no season as achingly temporary as now
but i have promised to return

IT Part 1 (super good horror movie, scary tho >.>)
The Insidious Trilogy
Conjuring Part 1 and 2
and for more laughs, Babadook

my friends and I love to laugh at horror because like, when your suspension of disbelief is unsuspended, it gets really funny xD

Neither of these are actually movies, but my go-to Halloween things are the Scoobynatural and Monster Movie episodes of Supernatural! Both of them are cool nods to classic Halloween films/shows, and don't really have the same high stakes plot points in other SPN episodes.

Plus, they're funny. :)
