Seen a good review?

Link it here, and tell us why you think it is so good. How did it help the author? What makes it better than other reviewers?

And don't forget to like it!

I'll kick us off - Lumi's review on my poem, Moby Celeste, here

This review is one of the best I've seen on the poetry forums recently! It tackles the message I was attempting to convey in the poem, which is really important and often ignored. It is easy to be a "lazy" reader of poetry, but @Lumi talks about what I was trying to say. And then he also digs deeper - into my imagery, my flow, my word choice, and so on.

@carbonCore is an awesome reviewer. Everyone knows that.
This review is full of truth and tough love. It helps the author by pointing out issues with the piece, and yet it lets the author know that there is still hope for the piece even though all seems grim.

And here's an old one for your palates. @skorlir (are you still out there, friend?) wrote this review on one of my pieces. The review is better than the poem, encouragingly suggesting improvements to the piece that I hadn't thought about before.

Thank you @Morrigan!

I would like to in turn nominate @Meandbooks for insightful, thoughtful, and unabrasive reviews that I've seen on many pieces around the site. Keep up the great work!
