The best thing to do is to listen to people. Learn about how different types of people talk, and all the dialects of the English langauge. Learn how a person's upbringing, environment, personality, social status, and culture will effect how they use words.
Please, sit down before you fall down.

4 hardest things of writing
1 Inspiration
2 Names
3 Dialogue
4 Motivation
Motivation and dialogue are my bad points. Names, i try to avoid using names of people i know. Motivation, i get caught up doing other things, and don't set aside time to write. Inspiration, can't give you any tips about that. Dialogue, i need help with. But, like others say, avoid using dialogue unless neccassary. If you read my story, you will find about 6 or 6 spots out of 27 pages that have dialogue. Some are just pointless, but they have slight hidden meanings, reactions, descriptions. Others are vital, like on page 25 and 26, most of that information is vital.
Cause i'm a one man,
I'm a one man,
I'm a one man,
I'm a one man revolution.
