I was surfing the ebbs and flows
of the oceans of the internet.
To my great surprise – the story goes
The YWS called to the poet

that was growing somewhere between
my mind, my heart and finger tips.
So I registered to make me seen;
to give sound to my new found lips.

To also show some R.E.S
P.E.C.T to this society.
So I dedicate this little rhyme
To all the writers, here – sublime.

Hi, I’m phenomenologist and as above – I just came across this site and I’m really glad I joined. It looks great so far and I’m looking forward to reading all your artwork.
I started writing poetry last year and have had 1 of my poems published in the University poetry magazine. I may perhaps put it up here for a critique.
Other points about me are that I am a singer, however I am studying English Literature at Dundee University.

Well anyways it been lovely to scope some of you out, and I will now continue to explore this website – reading some works.

Thanks

Phenomenologist

Aw - waw , well very nice to meet you phenomenologist.
I really enjoyed the poem you put time and effort into for the community on here - it was much appreciated.

Oh - well that was no bother whatsoever. Thanmks for noticing.

Your very welcome (and if there is anything else we can do to make you feel even more welcome)

Hi there, Phenomenologist! (You need a nickname and fast.)

I loved your little poem. You'll fit in here just fine.

Dundee is a lovely place - I was there once a few years ago. I'm sure it's a wonderful environment to study in!

Anyway, I'll see you around, and if you need any help, just let me know!
