Hello KNS012! (Or do you wish to be referred to as something else?) Welcome to YWS. I see you've already read the rules, so you're good. But you might need to brush up on the no chatspeak. That means proper spelling, grammar, and capitalization. Anywho, now that that's out of the way, great to see you. I'll be checking it. So, yeah.
There once was a cat.
He wasn’t particularly fat.
Fuzzy was his favorite mat.
And really, that was that.

Oh, but did you really think so?
Keep reading, it’s just the start of the show!
And as for how far this tale will go…
Well, even the cat doesn’t know.

Hiya and welcome!

Please be sure to read the rules before you start posting like crazy.

To slim them down a little, the two main ones are:

1- Review two works before posting any of your own. That way everybody gets a review, plus people are a lot more willing to look at your stuff if you've looked at theirs  It's asked you always keep that 2:1 ratio
2- Minimize chat-speak. That means proper grammar, spelling and caps. Some abbreviations and alliteration are okay, just don't overdo it.

Crazy is good here on YWS! You'll notice most of us are a bit nuts. Weird is the new normal, no?

If you need anything, feel free to PM me.

Hey everyone! I'm new here. I'm 17 years old and I'm from Finland. I mostly write poems, but I've done some short storys as well, but they are in finnish, so I won't be posting them in here. Glad to be here and can't wait to read your writings! Love ya!

Hiya and welcome!

Be sure to check out the rules before you start posting. To slim them down a bit, here are the main ones:

1- Review two works before posting any of your own. This helps make sure everybody gets a review, plus, people are a lot more willing to look at your stuff if you've looked at theirs. It's asked you always keep that 2:1 ratio
2- Minimize chat-speak. That means proper grammar, spelling and caps. Some abbreviations and alliteration is okay, just don't overdo it.
3- Keep swearing on the literary forums and rate your work accordingly if you do swear. Rated R works have the f-word and/or graphic scenes.

The likely hood you will annoy us is pretty low. Most of us YWSers are pretty weird.

If you need anything, feel free to PM me.

R-rated works are works that contain graphic scenes, or the F-word. They won't show up on the featured works section if they're R-rated.
