Hello YWS-ers!
It's your friendly neighbourhood alien, Meep!
Thought I'd introduce myself better, since I've been here for...
*counts* ...I give up. Numbers and me just don't mix.
Fine, I've been here since 3rd October 2008.
[Happy New Year, by the way!]

I live in Singapore, that's in south east Asia for those of you who have an aversion to geography.
It's sunny all year round with downpours here and there.

I love:
1) Music. Especially classical, pop, rock & jazz. I am also devoted to my awesome piano.
2) Sports. I play Netball for my extra-curricular activities, and I also play soccer(football), basketball, badminton, volleyball and swimming.
3) Art. I can paint acrylic and watercolours, but I'm better at drawing/sketching and colouring with pencils and oil pastels. I prefer drawing cartoons because I have a problem with making my drawings realistic.
4) Reading & Writing. I'm open to most genres, so it's not a big deal for me. Oh, and I eat books for breakfast. My parents complain that I read way too fast. I also love debating.
5) Games. Not video games. I prefer board games and stuff. Chess, Scrabble, Boggle, Upwords, Monopoly, Risk etc.

I can be described as nerdy and weird. I can't help that my brain works in strange ways.
Sometimes, my personality can be rather abrasive to some people,
But if you get to know me better, you'll realise that I don't really mean what I say sometimes, I'm just kidding around with ya. Of course, I'm not like that all the time. I'm capable of being nice :)
I think the word I'm looking for is judgemental?
I don't know what my strengths are, but my friends say it's my creativity, so I guess we'll just go with that.

Anyway, I think I've said enough about myself,
I should give others a chance to talk too,
So I'll see you all around & thanks for hearing me out!
:D

Earth to Scarecrow:
'Your friendly neighbourhood' something, has been used by many people already,
So you can't copyright it or anything XD

Oh, and I'm from the planet Meep.
It gets lonely there, sometimes.
Which planet are you from? Mars?

Classical? What 'bout Josh Groban then? He's a singer that plays amazing piano and drums.

February Song is something he composed and helped write. He also sings it while playing the piano.

Rosey, yeah, I like Josh Groban's songs.
He can sing.
I'm really quite flexible with what I hear.
:D

Scarecrow,
You don't seem to be doing a very good job getting rid of the crows.
I still see many of them flapping around in Singapore.
You're fired.

*Screech* You like everything I do! People say that I'm weird too. Sometimes I'll say something, and my friends will look at each other and say, "What does that mean?"

You even have my surname. That's freaky, that.

Only I'm just starting to try the piano. I know the notes and symbols and all, but I'm pretty slow and I can't play chords. Unless it's basically the same thing over and over, like "When The Saints Go Marching In". And I suck at badminton.

What's wrong with Josh Groban? He's great!
Got YWS?

I know! I thought you said he wasn't very popular?
Josh Groban is awesome!

Goodness, you sound like you could be my almost-twin.
We should get along real fine :D
Though I have spotted some possible differences between us.

Gosh, I'm not making any sense now.

Meep, it seems I'm very much like you!
Except on the games thing...
Anyway, I liked knowing more about you, even if I get a good piece of your personality from your stories :D (proudly a fan)
