Wow, everyone here seems so friendly... I take it most of you are from the US since everyone seems so surprised to see a British face? (apart from Dementer, of course)
Now let's see... as a writer my stuff generally tends to be quite dark or psychological (and hopefully intriguing) but I always true to make it unusual or different in some way. I do write poetry occasionally (although I think my true strengths are in prose). As a reader I love the His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman.
Apart from writing, mostly I just enjoy hanging around with friends, parties, just generally being on the social scene (although I'm in the middle of my GCSEs at the minute so I don't get to do very much of that nowadays).
So then, I've said a little about myself, what about the rest of you? What do you lot enjoy writing?

Your writings sound interesting, I'll surely read them.

No actually, I'm a strong Christian but I just love them, they're a great story even if I don't agree totally with the philosophy behind them.

Oh by the way, my first submission ('Dead Inside') is up (it's not quite as depressing as it sounds). I put it up on Bebo and it got some good reviews but I don't know if that's just my friends being nice . It is comparatively very long though, so I'd appreciate it greatly if anyone would have the patence to critique it, thanks.
