Welcome to YWS. This is a really fab place and I hope you have fun exploring all that it has to offer, including a wonderfully tight-knit community and quality reviews!

As mentioned above, if you have any questions, your best bet is to ask the moderators (the people in funky colours). That said, most everyone is willing to offer some advice and tips as well.

Welcome to YWS, it is a great place.
I find that the best way to get a book reviewed is to keep the chapters relatively short and exiting and only publish one ever three or so days. It it doesn't get reviewed it is likely to get reviewed on review day which is on the last Sunday of ever month. Hope you like it here.
