Hi, I just joined because I've been a "writer" on and off my whole life and I'd like a place to get better at it. I haven't had any formal training in writing, I didn't even finish high school. I've been keeping journals and lists for most of my life. I'm not sure what it is I even want to write about, but I figured this would be a good place to start! :D

HI! Welcome to the family :)

This is an excellent place to start!! I'm looking forward to reading some of your stuff.

I'm Olive - one of the Junior Moderators of the site! I'm normally Green but I've been away for a while. There's lots of us about! :)

Why not ease yourself in with some fun & games in the Randomosity Forum?? See you there! ;)

Feel free to ask me anything, anytime!

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!

Just to give you a bit of information on publishing,
Below a tab that says "Green Room" Should be your number of reviews and your points. Every time you publish your work, it costs 350 points except 24 hours prior to review day. Which is in a couple of days actually, but that's a different subject.

To get points, you need to review work. Or, have someone donate to you.

If you have any questions I'd be happy to help, because I'm very active on this site ^.^

You can PM me or ask a mod. Anyway, I hope you enjoy Young Writers Society as much as your fellow writers do, and we welcome you with open arms. Cheers~!

:D
