The bad news is that Russias nukes have way too many fail-safes to be stolen at the current moment.
The good news is that after many sleepless nights I have created the technology to harness particles down to a level beyond sub-atomic. I have a prototype demolition device that I've programmed to turn surrounding atomic material into carbon. With some luck, it should overwrite all existing atoms by binding new neutrons, electron, protons, quarks, etc. to the existing atoms. With even more luck we might be able to convert an entire building into diamond.
