I think we should be really careful to not skip over prom prep. Like dress shopping, prom committee, a theme, etc. And it won't be in the gym. It's never in the gym these days...

We could say that we need to get all the planning and dress shopping posts and stuff done by August 25. That gives everybody 3 weeks. We can start mentioning it here and there like posters and stuff.

So, I'm sitting in Holiday Inn right now, leaving town tomorrow, and staying with my sister for a week. I'll have enough time to work on posts, now that I'm away from the rest of my family. @Gravity, we need to get Adrian and Jess warmed up to each other quickly, if this prom is coming soon. Hopefully he's going to ask her? It'd be amazing if he went all out, you know? I've always thought that it was weird that guys went all out when asking a girl to go to prom with them, but as I, myself, move closer towards prom at the high school I begin to gouge myself in ideas of how my (future) prom date will ask me.

@NicoleBri Nike and I still have to discuss this but I'm sure Cole and Rupert will probably be going together with some of their friends in a group. We could try to work something out so that you could come with Cole's group of friends, Thorne, Dafnie, etc.
