Spearmint Something that usually helps me is getting fresh air or going for a walk! ^-^ If that doesn't work, I think starting small with a piece you know is going to be terrible could help with getting started, or even just picking a letter then writing about a random object that starts with that letter! xD I'll give you an example: an umbrella, or better yet an umbrella making tea while humming along to a song on the radio
Do with that what you will! =D
