I'll never forget when I was eleven years old and my Elementary teacher entered class with a large cardboard box of white hardback journals. She gave each of us one and told us to write a story of our own. Upon her desk she sat with proud and told us all that she wanted to see us published some day.
She died of breast cancer two years later.
I would like to thank her, Mrs Mondale, for her encouragement and the positive effect she put on my life.
