  • Akan, I see you are participating in National Poetry Writing Month (NaPo) that is great to post poetry. :) Please post your poems all in one (1) thread here by clicking "reply" instead of creating new threads for each poem. This keeps things organized for people who want to read your poetry. Thank you! The mods will automatically move your poems to one thread either way, but this helps us out.

Have a good month! Let me know if you have any questions, I am one of the poetry moderators.

  • Yh thanks

momonster Hey akan! So here, you can reply to messages on your wall by pressing the little arrow in the bottom right corner. Then the person you're responding to will get a notification!

  • Hi akan, welcome to the site! How are you finding things so far?

I noticed you seem to really enjoy writing poetry! I'm also a poet. :) You might enjoy joining some of the poets of YWS this April for National Poetry Writing Month over in the NaPoWriMo forum. - The goal is to write 30 poems in April, or as many as you can!

    Have a good day!

The bird that would soar above the level plain of tradition and prejudice must have strong wings. It is a sad spectacle to see the weaklings bruised, exhausted, fluttering back to earth.
— Kate Chopin, The Awakening
