Welcome to the site! Great to have ya! If you need any thing, feel free to ask me!

Teddybear Thanks, I'll keep that in mind, though I usually try to figure stuff out on my own, I remember it better that way.

Heyo, welcome to the site! ^^ Have you considered posting in the Welcome Mat? Or maybe in The Lounge? I promise that we don't bite, lol. But posting in both of those forums is a great way to meet people on this site apart from reviewing and writing (altho! there are a bunch of cool novels to read and follow here.)

If you want to talk about your writing, then I'd really recommend starting a thread in the Writers Corner!

If you have any questions about the forums or anything else about the site, then you can feel free to message me!

So, how long have you been writing?

Teddybear I've been writing since I was seven? I don't know, exactly, but a long time. To be honest, I used to hate it, but I've been finding more and more recently that the things I used to hate are becoming my favorite hobbies, except reading, I liked that from the moment I could decipher my alphabet.

Evander Haha, reading is always pretty great. Do you have any favorite books that might inspire what you write now?

Hello and welcome to YWS! I'm Sae. If you ever have any questions, feel free to come to me.

If I can't answer your questions, or I'm not on when you have one, you can always ask the users whose names are in green (moderators) or red (administrators). Other users would be happy to help as well.

Also, here's some helpful parts of YWS that can help you understand how things work on the site:

    Welcome Mat
    Knowledge Base - YWS
    FAQ
    FAQ For New Users
    YWS Critique Sandwich

There's also a really cool part of the site that I suggest checking out! It's called the Storybook section of the site, and it's a place where you can collaborate with other writers in roleplays or even full-blown stories. I've been in a lot of them before, so please don't be afraid to ask me more about them if that seems like something you'd be into.

By the way, what type of things do you like to write? I'm currently writing a fantasy novel, but I'm also a big fan of poetry and short stories.

Teddybear My main thing is writing fantasy/fiction stuff, and I've been messing around with time travel ideas, but those get complicated fast and it's hard to make anything have any consequence at all when the characters can just go back and change everything. Aside from that, I can do poetry, though, in my opinion, I'm not all that good, but I could post a poem or two if you would like the determine that for yourself. I also do short stories, but I have a tendency to make them too long and complicated for their own good, so I'm better with novels. And what novel are you writing? What's it about? If it's on here could you direct me to it so I can give it a look, please and thank you.

Mageheart It's an urban fantasy novel set in a small town that oddly seems to be the center of a lot of magical activities - there's gods, demons and sorceresses all running around. I don't have it posted on here as of right now, but thank you for the thought!
