With RevMo in full swing, its time to revive #jumptheleaderboard and share your #ReviewGoals !
I am currently at 73 with 656 reviews and I would like to dethrone SponsonLight who is at 65 with 681 reviews. That requires 25 reviews this month and even with my impossible schedule, I'm hoping to achieve this goal!
Where are you in the All Time Review Leaderboard and where do you plan to be at the end of this Review Month? Tagging @alliyah, @Spearmint, @IcyFlame, @Liminality, @Plume, @Ventomology, @Rinisha, @LuminescentAnt, @Rose, @KaiaJersaga, @foxmaster, @GengarIsBestBoy, @Serrurie and anyone else who wants to join!

foxmaster Oooh thanks for the tag!
Good question. I haven't really thought about the all time leaderboard, but I would love to get at least 355 by the end of the month, and I know that with all the review month reviewing going on, it's at least possible!

RevMo is finally here!
Are you participating this year? Are you aiming for that snazzy victory gold username by writing 50 reviews or are you hopping on the Team Tortoise this month to get that dark cyan username? Or perhaps you are gearing up for the Checklist Challenge or some other contest? Share your goals for this month and how you plan to achieve them by using the #ReviewGoals !~~~
Here are my review goals for this month!
1. Completing the checklist challenge.
2. Writing 50 reviews so that I can show off that victory gold username!
3. Try to complete Team Tortoise (although, I doubt I'll be able to this year)
4. Maybe join the Banner Contest?
5. Participate and encourage other reviewers throughout the month!
Tagging a few peeps: @Liminality, @alliyah, @IcyFlame, @Horisun, @OrabellaAvenue, @Rinisha, @Spearmint, @Plume, @vampricone6783, @alpacaboss and everyone who wants to share their goals for this month! Happy RevMo!
alliyah Thanks for the tag!

IcyFlame wrote:A reminder of our rules on AI reviews below ahead of our annual Review Month. AI reviews unfairly cheat the system, and deprive writers of receiving actual reviews. We want to hear your thoughts on the work, not those of a machine!
If you think you've received an AI review, or have any questions about these rules, please reach out to a moderator.
Happy reviewing!Big Brother wrote:Hi everyone, with all the fun reviewing events happening right now this is a important message from your moderator team:
Do not use AI writing tools to generate the majority of your review. While these tools can be fun to experiment with for your own work and can even aid writers as a tool in generating creating prompts and ideas, representing these types of AI generated writing as your own is unfair to other reviewers and unfair to the authors who are hoping for human (or maybe goose?) feedback.
As a writing website, YWS exists to promote creative writing and the sharing of writing feedback between writers, representing AI generated writing as your own undermines those things, so it is important that we take this issue seriously. AI writing can be hard to spot, so we are relying on you as fellow writers and community members to act with honesty in representing your work and your reviews.
If a user is found to be using AI reviews those will be treated as both spam and plagiarism, the review may be removed along with the points earned from them, and the user may be banned from the site. Please reach out to a moderator if you have any questions or suspect that you have received an AI generated review.
Good luck reviewing this month, YWS!

Welcome to the first day of Social Week!! We're starting with an art activity that'll run for the whole week.
To participate, post any YWS-related art on your wall with the hashtag #YWSart. But wait, that's not all-- if you want a challenge, why not try making some coloring pages?Color other people's coloring pages and share your art with the #YWSart hashtag as well!
Here's a coloring page example, with some random doodles xD
I would love to see all of you color parts of it, or even all of it! :]
How I make a coloring page:
1. Draw the design on a blank sheet of paper. I trace my designs with black pen to make them clearer.
2. Scan it with an app like Adobe Scan. Clean up the image if needed.
3. Upload the image to imgur or discord, copy the link, and pop it into the code below:- Code: Select all

4. Post your image on YWS with the hashtag #YWSart and wait for people to color it!
Happy Social Week, everyone!!
P.S. Subscribe to the main thread to receive updates for each new event! ^^

alliyah wrote:We successfully cleared the Green Room this Summer (and thanks to the After Watch Knights we even kept it under 15 works for a record-breaking number of days!) - you know what that means? We found the Golden Goose and we unlocked an August Social Week Celebration!
Join us August 1-7 for a week long of fun tags, activities, write-ins, and chaos all hosted by the Golden Goose and your local Mod Squad. Oh! And did I mention there'll be three days where you can post your best literary works for free! Let's fill up the Green Room again with your best works and celebrate YWS!
