You disappeared? I apologise for taking so long to get back to you - there were distractions that got in the way. If you are still online, please find me on IM. I'd prefer to do the interview one-on-one, rather than over PM.

  • I was just reading through survival again, and I must commend you on how excellently it was put together. It was really cool. I dunno if you want to continue it, but I can take it off the front page thingy if you don't want people who don't realize how old it is randomly spawning in all the time.

Caesar it's still on the front page? ooops

and thanks! I might start it again soon (when school finishes). Still have the updated rules and templates and everything.

  • reminder that Arcadia exists and has enough setting to operate basically autonomously within its small canon, so if you ever feel like developing a character, do make it grow with the rest of the Arcadia cast :3

  • Caesaaaarrrrr

Caesar hey! I remember you! How's it going?

  • 90 minutes of slow applause to whoever suggested this one

  • "And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar's friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar."

  • So I was thinking that often-times, when I storybook, or in other forms of roleplay, I often get so caught up in the story that I forget to sit back and dedicate time to my character. They get fleshed out as the story goes on, sure, with the help of all the writers, but even after a roleplay has been going on for months, I sometimes encounter a situation in which I have to stop and think to myself: "hm. What would my character do in this situation?" It takes away from the flow of the story as I have to stop and think about it. It's especially painful when it's a trpg like d&d.

To this end, I have come up with a character chit chat that has the sole purpose of exploring the personalities of our characters in different situations, without having to worry too much about plot. I hope you'll join me in this little experiment.

  • to storybook or not to storybook, this is the question.

  • A little piece of my soul drained away today. RIP.
